If the first successful bidder only selects one of the tracts then whichever tract is remaining will then be sold. The tracts will not be combined in any way. If the first successful bidder of the first round of bidding selects both tracts then the auction will be over. Tracts will be sold with the final bid price times the gross surveyed acres. Taxes: The current Real Estate Taxes and drainage taxes according to the Woodbury County Treasurer are approx. $2,929.47 per year currently on Tract 1 and approx. $3,229.53 per year on Tract 2.
