We will sell the following hog finishing units both live/online at public auction at Site 2: Located from Beresford, SD, 5 miles south I-29 to the Alcester I-29 Exit 42, ½ mile east on 302nd St, 1 mile south on 471st Ave, ½ mile east 303rd St.
Auctioneer Note: These two sites are located south of Beresford, SD conveniently just east of I-29. This will be an excellent opportunity to purchase one or both income producing properties. Property and buildings are well maintained. Make plans today to attend this auction. Barns will be empty and cleaned by closing date. Contact the owners or auctioneers to set up an appointment to view the facilities. Each site will be sold separately. The sites will be sold with no contract in place so the buyer will be free to implement their own contract or fill the buildings with the buyer’s own pigs. The buyer will be responsible to implement their own manure management plan for the site, however the seller is interested in compensating the buyer for the manure for his land surrounding the units. General Description Site 1: Consists of two barns 60’ x 160’ on 4.41 acres, one built in 2013 with a new Choretime feedline installed in 2020 and the other barn built in 2015 with new a Choretime feedline installed in 2021.
