We will sell the following real estate at a live/online auction at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds located at 27711 SD-Hwy 17, Lennox, SD.  The land is located from Lennox, SD, 3 miles north on Hwy 17 (466th Ave) and 1½ miles west on the Parker Shortcut Rd (275th St) or from Tea, SD, 2 miles west on 272nd St, 3 miles south on Hwy 17 (466th Ave) and 1½ miles west on the Parker Shortcut Rd (275th St).

Auctioneer’s Note Location, Location, Location, this land is located 5 miles northwest of Lennox, 6 ½ miles southwest of Tea, and 11 miles southwest of Sioux Falls.
